A Message To My Fanconi Syndrome Readers

Miracles are like god's blessings sent down to his earthly angels. Some would call them " children of god ". You could either follow in his footsteps and walk in his ways, or you can choose to follow the wrong paths.

As of me, well I consider myself to be one of god's blessed angels right here on earth. I know that in my heart of all hearts. I am a child of god. You know some people don't even appreciate god's blessings in life. They tend to use and abuse god's earthly angels whose has not yet made it to heaven's glory. They don't even respect what god has blessed them with. My name is Markita Worthy and this is a story( a website) that tells the courage and strengh of a young lady with so much courage and faith of survivin' what most people couldn't.

This is my story. I was a happy child growin' up. But I had it hard as well. Doctors discovered that I was born with a rare type of kidney disease called Fanconi Syndrome. Accordin' to research, it is found mostly in children. And most of them don't usually make it to full term. And for those who do, usually only live to their second birthday. Well, I'm here to tell you that I have beaten the odds twice. And I owe it all to my mother and to my heavenly father up above. Because if it hadn't of been for them, ain't no tellin' where I would be. And growin' up was harder than I thought it would be. Constantly takin' medications every four to six hours a day; even in school. But luckly, god helped me manage. And I just want to let you know that this is the beginnin' of a beautiful journey that we'll about to explore together. I just was you to know out there to the parents and families dealin' with FS; you are not alone. You have someone who will stick by your side that will help you get through this trial and tribulation in your life. Apparently there was no one who understood what I was goin' through and no one who could explain what this was, how to treat it, and how to get the knowlegde of what was the cause. I just want to let you know that I am here. And I am willin' to help every step of the way. Because I know what you are goin' through.

This site is to help people like me and you

to survive what god has placed upon us. And just to let you know, " There's nobody like Jesus ", and he ain't gonna put no more on you than you can handle. He will never leave nor forsake you. He is the true blessed god. And anythin' is possible as long as you keep him first. Miracles do come true.... just look at me. I wasn't suppose to live past two.... now look... I turned 30 on easter sunday 2006... and I'm still kickin'. I ain't givin' up without a fight. Just survivin' is miracle even for me.
